Lipstick for Animal Rights!

Many of us who remember Kat Von D from her days on LA Ink know that despite the “bad girl” image she may give off with her tattoos, she’s got a good heart.

Last year, Farm Sanctuary, which is a nonprofit organization that helps rescue farm animals, gave her an award for “Compassion In Action” because of her work protecting Animal Rights.

This year, she actually teamed up with Farm Sanctuary and created four new, limited-edition shades of her 100% Vegan Everlasting Liquid Lipstick.

They’re $20 each and inspired by real animals at Farm Sanctuary.

The four shades benefit a cause extremely close to Kat’s heart—animal advocacy and compassionate vegan living—and 20% of proceeds from this collection will go to support Farm Sanctuary’s lifesaving work for abused and neglected farm animals. As a lifelong animal advocate, Kat makes sure all of her products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals. The shades include:

• BRUNO (metallic midnight blue), the cow that Farm Sanctuary rehabilitated after he fell out of a speeding truck
• JULIA (peachy pink), the pig rescued from abuse at a factory farm
• HILDA (terracotta brick), the sheep who was the first animal to arrive at Farm Sanctuary
• THUMBELINA (warm scarlet), the chicken saved from a trucking crate that tumbled onto the highway
