Volkswagon Showcases Electric Vehicles

Greeting Los Angeles families with three electric concept vehicles, Volkswagon held a Holiday Drive-In event at Raleigh Studios on December 16.

The Volkswagon I.D.’ Volkswagon I.D. Buzz and Volkswagon I.D. Crozz were on display at Raleigh Studios during a festive Christmas celebration that included a screening of “Elf.”

Guests including celebrities like Julianne Hough, Bai Ling and young influencers, the Royal Twins, were on hand checking out the cars and enjoying movie snacks including sliders, hot dogs, popcorn and soft drinks. 

In a plan unveiled in late November, Volkswagon outlined its plan to start making the electric models by 2023.

Hough who shared she was on a “date night” with husband Brooks Laich said it was exciting to be a part of the launch of these electric concept vehicles.

“It makes me feel like I’m a part of something bigger,” said Hough. “This is a whole shift and a movement that I’m proud to be a part of and help support.. you feel like a badass in these cars, they’re pretty awesome!”
