A successful Summer Family Party for LA Moms!

After months of planning, our Summer Family Party on July 30 was a success!! Everything went better than expected and I know that all of the mamacitas that attended had a blast! Ruby and I put a lot of thought and love into this event and I know that it definitely showed thru all of the decor and details. None of this would have been possible without all of the support we received from family, friends, and vendors as well and my amazing partner, Ruby, From meeting almost daily to late-night and super early-morning texts/phone calls. We had an amazing team of volunteers helping us, from checking-in families to capturing smiles on our social media….everybody had a great time.
The Summer Family Party was held The Great Escape Club in Atwater Village – they were amazing hosts! They have the cutest indoor playground and such a cute outdoor area and this was the reason why Ruby and I decided to contact them about hosting our event. They are always hosting fun events, and they have daily play passes whether you want to go play for a few hours or if you want to host your party at the location – they are able to accommodate you. They were awesome hosts and I know every Mamacita loved the playspace.
My favorite part of the evening was seeing all of the mamacitas that attended with their families. It was so nice seeing familiar faces as well as new ones! I love meeting new people and from the bottom of my heart…I thank you mamacitas for continuing to be a part of this journey.

I love the message that Trendy Little Sweethearts has behind their brand. They are a beautiful family and their main focus is to be socially conscious: they are all about animal rescue and mother nature. You are able to dress up your family in their one-of-a-kind tees and every purchase goes towards a good cause.
Crafts Gold has all the accessories your baby would ever need! All of Cynthia’s products are inspired by the Latino culture. She has bibs with different images that range from Selena, El Chavo del Ocho, and even my husband’s favorite: conchas! You can see her passion and love she puts into every one of her handmade creations.
Jessica from Casas Decorations dedicated so much time towards this event and into every project that we asked for. Pictured above is the backdrop that she put together for us and it came out beautiful! She does amazing decorations for any occasion…she really has an eye for small details and she made sure the event was exactly how Ruby and I envisioned it.
Every kid was also treated to some fun face painting by Face Painting by Emma
Of course, no event is complete without some yummy treats and food. A special thank you to Piece of Cake by Angie, Mom and Pop Shop, and Farhenheit L.A for bringing all of the delicious treats to our event.
I am completely obsessed with Piece of Cake by Angie cupcakes. This is one thing I do not feel bad splurging on. Angie has put a lot of work and dedication to all of her pastries and it truly shows! She has amazing flavors that you must try for yourself…my favorite one was the Horchata!
Mom and Pop Shop popsicles are both delicious and healthy. They have different flavors and they were the perfect touch to our “popsicle” theme party. They are available for your next party as well. All of our guests were treated to free popsicles: Thank you Julia and your team for your generosity and for sponsoring our event.
What can top a fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza, you ask? A mobile wood-fired pizza oven, and that is what all of the families attending the event munched on! Fahrenheit L.A pizza was extremely delicious; the Margherita and pepperoni pizza were my favorites. I’ve never seen a mobile pizza oven and they are available for events…if you want to make an unforgettable impression with your guests, this is the only way to go.
All of our VIP Mamacitas were treated to swag bags. Thank you to all the sponsors that contributed to these bags – they came out perfect.
