A Tribe Called Moms Attends LEGO NINJAGO Event
On Saturday, September 9, I attended Jamie Foxx and Laura Govan’s A+ LEGO NINJAGO Movie “Back To School Bash” to get the kids excited about the school year in anticipation for the release of the animated movie on Sept. 22.
The actor and close friend, reality star Laura Govan, welcomed many of their A-List celeb friends and children to a private residence for a fun-filled afternoon of games, Ninja-themed yoga, face painting and a performance by tween rapper, Baby Kaely.
Foxx joined the party with his youngest daughter, Annalise who snapped pictures with the LEGO NINJAGO costume characters and danced the afternoon away with music courtesy of teen deejay, DJ KISS.
Some of the highlights included: seeing Blac Chyna dancing and having fun with her children, Dream and King Cairo, who was running around the yard having a blast; Best friends, Eric Mena and Amina Buddafly participating in the kid-friendly NINJAGO yoga session with their beautiful children; Daphne Joy and son Sire Jackson filling their candy bags with sweets courtesy of the Ninjago Candy Station
Other celebrities in attendance included comedienne, Kym Whitley, Tameka Foster, Garcelle Beauvais, Sundy Carter, This is Us star, Lonnie Chavis, Flex Alexander, Rodney Jerkins, Apryl Jones, Daniel ‘Bobby’ Gibson, LaShontae Heckard and more.
