HOTEL FEATURES ‘Knight’ and ‘wizard’ themed rooms
The new LEGOLAND Castle Hotel scheduled to open early next summer, is now taking online reservations for stays beginning May 11, 2018.
“This hotel will have 250 premium themed rooms, including 20 suites, completely immersing guests into a castle experience from the minute they enter the grand hall, to dining in an amazing sit down royal restaurant to engaging in courtyard entertainment by the pool,” said LEGOLAND Castle Hotel General Manager Peter Ronchetti.
The hotel’s themed rooms will range from Knight rooms, where guests will be surrounded by dragons and knights, to Princess rooms with woodland animals such as butterflies, squirrels, owls and song birds all made of LEGO. The hotel is located at the main entrance of the LEGOLAND Calfornia theme park, near the original LEGOLAND Hotel.
Located in Carlsbad, CA, the LEGOLAND Resort has significantly boosted the city’s tourism economy, according to city officials. The addition of the LEGOLAND Castle Hotel promises to continue that with greater tax revenues for city services like parks, libraries and law enforcement.
LEGOLAND Castle Hotel rooms are currently selling for an average of $500/night for a family of four.
