The World Premiere of Warrior Queen Anahit the Brave is happening at The Colony Theater in Burbank and families are encouraged to buy tickets now, before they sell out.
Warrior Queen Anahit the Brave is a limited engagement event with only six performances, beginning on November 5 through November 18, 2022,
The live production promises to engage audiences in this captivating story that takes place in the Armenian Highlands, where a young peasant woman, Anahit, embarks on a remarkable journey transforming into a royal warrior, inspiring her people, raising an army of women, and rescuing the King and entire kingdom from evil forces.
Produced by Imagine Theatre, known as LA’s Equity Theatre for Young Audiences, Warrior Queen is an experience that will be filled with song, multi-media, interactive elements, and spectacle. To ensure a pleasant viewing experience for audiences, only guests ages 5 and older will be allowed.
“We were founded in 2016 under the name Imagine Project – with the objective of creating a flagship professional theatre for families in the entertainment capital of the world, “ says Imagine Project’s board of directors. “We want theatre-going to be a part of childhood in LA, as it is in many metropolitan cities around the world.”
Written & Directed by Armina LaManna with music by Shahen Hagobian, Warrior Queen will show on November 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 & November 18.
