A Special Day For A Boy With a Heart of Gold
On Saturday September 2, 2017 I celebrated my Son Matthew’s 5th Birthday with a Jack Skellington Themed Party. I chose this theme because it’s my son’s favorite movie (The Nightmare Before Christmas) and he’s obsessed with Halloween!
This year we celebrated his 5th Birthday and it was a huge milestone for us.
My son had Open Heart surgery at only 4-hours old and I never thought I would see the day when he would turn one, let alone five! So this was HUGE for us!
He’s been through so much these past five years and I am beyond proud of how far he has come.
I am beyond thankful for each and everyone of my party vendors, which I all found on Instagram!
@jazzycupcakes– Cake (she has made my sons cake every year for the past 5 years)
@karinasFacepainting – She made balloon animals during my party to entertain the kids. They ranged from butterflies and crowns to mermaids, swords and even a Jack Skellington for my son!
@foamdecor_more – she created two face boards for me that we used during the party for photo ops.
@littleGabysdesserts – she made delicious cake pops, Jack Skellington cookies , and cupcakes for my dessert table.
@denscraft– she made my special Jack Goodie Bags, a Jack Skellington Birthday Banner, & my beautiful Jack CenterPieces.
@justformycreations – made my cake and Cupcake Toppers
@bellacreations562 – she designed my awesome Snap Chat Filter that was used by my guests throughout the party.
@ouatcc – provided the most amazing character ever… Jack Skellington!
@emilys_tacos – provided the food for the party. Carne asada, chicken and carnitas tacos along with a salsa bar and horchata and Agua de sandia.
