My son and I attended the STROLLER STRIDES class with the FIT4MOM Long Beach group and absolutely loved it! We had a great time interacting with all the moms and children and my son especially enjoyed all the singing and clapping. It was awesome to see so many moms gathered together and working out. The scenery in Long Beach is beautiful and makes for a great outdoor workout where mom and baby can enjoy a healthy dose of vitamin D and fresh air.
I had a great time working out with so many moms, it was very motivating to see so many women working out with their children. Our workout was about one hour and incorporated cardio, body weight movements, ab strengthening, and stretches.
