Wear Orange June 7 -10, 2019
Every June, the organization Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America marks National Gun Violence Awareness Day by encouraging people to wear orange, which honors the more than 100 lives cut short and the hundreds more wounded by gun violence every day.
Their movement gains momentum when gun sense activists join together to fight for a future free from gun violence. Wear Orange Weekend is an opportunity to show the country just how powerful they are. And they’re asking Los Angeles to Wear Orange at the following locations on June 7-9:

Join San Gabriel Valley Moms Demand Action in partnership with All Saints Church Gun Violence Prevention Task Force. We’ve partnered with a number of other gun violence prevention groups who will be an attendance. We’ll have art, a great speaker lineup, and tamales! Don’t forget to Wear Orange!
