Rotella, Insomniac’s Founder and CEO, said he has wanted to create a unique audiovisual drive-thru that highlights the art and magic of the dance music community since long before the coronavirus pandemic hit. He recognized that now was the perfect opportunity.

“Buckle up, Headliners! We’ve had to get creative to bring happiness to people in different ways. To us, getting people out of the house in a COVID-safe way is really important for mental health and the soul,” said Rotella. “We’re excited for people young and old to come. It’s going to be spectacular whether or not you’ve been to one of our festivals before. It’s in the name of art, and it’s for everyone.”

The entire experience of Insomniac’s Electric Mile takes up to an hour. Tickets are on sale now at electricmilefun.com and start at $69.99 plus fees per vehicle. All passes allow up to eight people in a vehicle or the vehicle’s legal capacity, whichever is less. A full list of frequently asked questions for Insomniac’s Electric Mile can be found here.
